• Displaying Fine Art in Public Spaces. Working closely with corporations in need of artwork in public or common areas, we implement strategies for: site assessment, design and visual impact, budget and expenses, installation and maintenance, public relations and marketing, artist research and selection, and long-term management and re-evaluation. Corporate Exhibition Program
For those corporate clients who wish to enjoy the benefits of a managed, rotating collection of fine art in their public spaces, RTFAA offers this lending program to oversee all aspects of displaying a collection. This allows companies to choose artworks that complement their philosophy and style, helps them to demonstrate their interest in supporting the arts, and provides conservation of capital. Our services include:
• Locating the artwork for display through our own inventory as well as our extensive network of artists, galleries, and collectors;
• Implementation and installation of the exhibition in accordance with the space’s restrictions and design implications;
• Management and care of the rotating exhibitions, usually six months in duration;
• Development of promotional materials on the artists and their work for display;
• Facilitation of purchasing through discreetly displayed contact information;
• Organization of presentations and tours for employees or visitors.
